Job Title: JAVA Trainer Izeon Innovative is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Java Trainer to join our dynamic team. The Java Trainer will be responsible for delivering high-quality training on Java programming language to our students. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise in Java, excellent communication and presentation skills, and a passion for teaching. Key Responsibilities: • Delivering classroom and online training sessions on Java programming language to students • Preparing course materials, including lesson plans, presentations, and hands-on exercises • Evaluating student progress and providing constructive feedback • Collaborating with other trainers and team members to continuously improve the training program • Keeping up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in Java development Requirements: • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field • At least 6 month -5 years of experience in Java development • Strong understanding of Java programming concepts and frameworks, including Spring, Hibernate, and Struts • Excellent communication and presentation skills • Passion for teaching and mentoring students • Ability to work independently and as part of a team Preferred Qualifications: • Java certification, such as Oracle Certified Java Developer or Oracle Certified Java Programmer • Previous experience as a Java Trainer or Instructor • Experience with agile software development methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban If you are a Java expert with a passion for teaching and a desire to make a difference in the lives of our students, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
